Voice Data Protection

1. Data Collection & Voice Isolation

When participating in Narrio Ventures programmes, we collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information: name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL
• Audience analytics: platform reach, subscriber counts, engagement metrics
• Writing samples and editorial content submitted for voice calibration
• Domain intelligence data: RSS feeds, publication signals, industry sources
• Application data: industry domain, publication vision, platform breakdown

Writing samples and voice models are processed strictly within isolated vector databases assigned exclusively to your publication instance. No data from your instance is accessible to other cohort members or Narrio staff except for support purposes under your explicit consent.

Each publication instance operates in a dedicated, logically isolated environment on Cloudflare's edge infrastructure. Instance boundaries are enforced at the database, API token, and infrastructure level.

2. Intellectual Property Assurance

The Founder retains full ownership of all original intellectual property including:

• Brand names, trademarks, and publication identity
• All editorial content, editions, and archives generated through the Platform
• Subscriber lists, first-party audience data, and community relationships
• Voice models trained on the Founder's writing samples

Narrio does not claim any licence over the content produced by Founder publications beyond a non-exclusive technical licence required to operate the distribution infrastructure (e.g., sending email newsletters on behalf of the publication).

Upon programme exit or buyout, all Founder IP assets are archived and made available for export within 7 business days in standard formats (CSV, JSON, Markdown).

3. Token Usage & Telemetry

Brand Intelligence Tokens represent the computational resources consumed by the Platform on behalf of each publication. Narrio collects anonymised usage telemetry to:

• Track token consumption across Signal Ingestion, Voice Modeling, and Edition Generation operations
• Ensure fair allocation of the Community Endowment Token pool across cohort participants
• Optimise platform performance and detect anomalous usage patterns

Telemetry data is aggregated and cannot be used to reconstruct individual content or voice models. Token usage dashboards are available to each Founder in real time through the Narrio OS interface.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and publication instance at any time. Upon a deletion request:

• Personal contact data is deleted within 30 days of the request
• Voice models and writing samples are permanently destroyed within 14 days
• Subscriber data is exported to you before deletion, never retained by Narrio
• Aggregate, anonymised analytics are retained for platform improvement purposes only

Deletion requests must be submitted in writing to privacy@narrio.org. Narrio will confirm receipt within 2 business days and completion within the stated periods.

5. Third-Party Services

Narrio uses the following infrastructure providers. No Founder data is sold to advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party marketers.

• Cloudflare — Edge network, DNS, and DDoS protection. Processes request metadata under Cloudflare's GDPR-compliant data processing agreement.
• Stripe — Payment processing for platform subscriptions. Handles payment data under PCI-DSS compliance. Narrio does not store card details.
• Beehiiv / Email infrastructure — Newsletter delivery. Subscriber emails are processed under the applicable data processor agreement.

We do not use advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or behavioural targeting technologies on any Narrio Ventures platform property.

This privacy policy applies to all Narrio Ventures programme participants and supersedes any general Narrio platform privacy terms with respect to voice model data and publication instance data.
